Mending Wings Massage & Reiki

Experience a customized massage designed to meet your unique needs. Our integrated massage combines multiple modalities to provide you with a holistic approach to relaxation and healing. Depending on your individual preferences and goals, techniques such as cupping, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching, deep tissue, Swedish, and more may be used. Each session is tailored to address your specific concerns, ensuring a personalized treatment that promotes deep relaxation, relieves tension, and supports overall wellness.

Light touch and universal reiki energy will be used to assist you and your body in healing and aligning.

Reiki

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that involves light touches to the skull, face, spine, and pelvis "fascia" or connective tissue. This technique works to release restrictions in the cranial sacral system that may be hindering your body’s self-regulation, self-correction, and self-healing processes. The goal is to improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which can help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being.

Craniosacral Therapy

Sound Healing sessions involve using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere promoting deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release.  Sessions may include crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, and other sound healing instruments.

Individual Sound Healing Session

Experience the harmonious blend of relaxing vibrations with our Reiki Healing Sound Bath. This immersive session is designed to provide a deep meditation for stress relief, promote energy balance, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Elevate your well-being with our transformative experience while experiencing the beautiful sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and group reiki healing.
Spaces are limited, pre-registration is recommended but not required.  Cost is listed as $35, this is a suggested donation, not a required amount.
